Effective Outcomes The Voice and Swallowing Center gets the job done quickly, accurately, and efficiently. Your visit to the Voice and Swallowing Center of Maine will include a detailed evaluation and a clear description of exactly what your voice and swallowing problem is. You will not be told to "come back next week" to learn what the results are. In most cases, you will be shown how to begin to fix your voice before you leave. You'll be given a written plan so you know exactly what to do about improving your voice. Many people are surprised to find how easy it is to make improvements in their voices. Treatment Efficacy Better Than The National Average: Patients evaluated and treated at the Voice and Swallowing Center are on average discharged after 4-6 treatment sessions.
